我也是去读本科的，前几天刚交了300订金，去工程学院，2014er.
再来回答楼主的问题，其实哪里的同胞都不少的，尤其是美国的大学里。要说中国同胞多，那要数普渡西拉法叶分校了，UIUC也不少。据别人介绍，Penn State在十大公立里，中国学生人数是倒数第三的，相对来说是比较少的，但是针对的是Park校区。
比较热门的应该是商科吧，那个专业相对更受欢迎，所以比例一般而言还比较大的
